1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Gensfield, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Gensfield is an AI-powered design generation platform that creates promotional and marketing designs based on briefs submitted by users. Output quality depends on the completeness and clarity of the information provided. We do not guarantee any specific design outcome, though we apply automated quality review and offer optional human review to improve results.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Credits & Payments
Gensfield operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you generate a design or request a human review. Current pricing and credit costs are displayed on the Credits page and may change with notice. Credits are non-refundable except where a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, in which case credits are automatically returned to your balance.
5. Ownership of Content
You retain all rights to any brand assets, logos, and copy you upload to Gensfield. By uploading content, you confirm you own or have the necessary rights to use it, and you grant Gensfield a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of generating your design. You own the final designs produced for your account, and may use them for any lawful commercial or personal purpose.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Gensfield to create designs that are illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing on third-party intellectual property, or that promote hate, violence, or discrimination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, at our discretion.
7. Human Review Service
Human review requests are reviewed and actioned by the Gensfield team, typically within 24–48 hours. While we aim to meaningfully improve your design through this service, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or timeframe.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep Gensfield available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues, with reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
9. Limitation of Liability
Gensfield is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost business, lost profits, or reputational harm resulting from a design's performance in your marketing efforts.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour toward the platform or other users.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Gensfield after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
